TNA Against All Odds 2009

Is it me or does the card for TNA's upcoming pay per view seem pretty lousy.

Team 3D in the main event for the TNA Championship, what is up with that! They are two guys are overwieght and out of shape to be considered main eventers.

Scott Steiner VS Petey Williams and Abyss VS Matt Morgan have been predictable for months. Nothing susprising or exciting can come from these matches.

Perhaps the most dire match announced for the card is Booker T defending his TNA Legends Championship against Shane Sewell. Of all people to put in the ring Booker T why Shane Sewell?

I know I seem to be really slamming TNA on their booking well I think one exception could be the TNA Tag Team Championship match between the champions Beer Money against Jay Lethal and Consequences Creed.

WWE in 2009

Post Wrestlemania 25 this is were I would take the WWE.

Post Wrestlemania The Undertaker would be both the WWE Champion and the World Heavyweight Champion. On the first Smackdown broadcast after Wrestlemania I would have Umaga attack The Undertaker. The attack would be so brutal that The Undertaker would be injured and therefore both of the world titles would be held up vacant.

Both of the world titles would be seperated once again and for each title their would be tournaments held with the two finals taking place at Backlash. I think the World Heavyweight Championship should go to Chris Jericho. He would turn face and defend it a couple of times before losing it to Randy Orton at Night of Champions. At Backlash I think Edge should get the WWE Championship.

As for The Undertaker he would return to action at One Night Stand were he would face Umaga in a Falls Count Anywhere match. The Undertaker would win the match in startling fashion and then go on to go for the WWE Championship.

I would really push John Morrison as a singles star. He would seperate from The Miz in the annual draft in June and be shipped to the RAW brand. Straight away I would have John squaring up against the top names on the RAW brand. One thing I would definitely do is have John is to have him face Shawn Michaels in a match at Summerslam and have him win. I would continue to push him for the rest of the year right up to the Survivor Series or Armageddon were I would award him with the World Heavyweight Championship.

As for The Miz I would through the draft send him to Smackdown where like John on RAW, The Miz would make an immediate impact. At the Great American Bash I would have The Miz defeat Shelton Benjamin for the WWE U.S. Championship.

More ideas to come shortly.

The Andrew Sachs Incident

Did Jonathan Ross and Russell Brand really do anything bad?

Andrew Sachs was okay with everything, he never complained at all. It was his grand daughter who made a big fuss over the entire thing. Lets back up a second hey missy what do you do for a job.

Road to Wrestlemania 25

Wrestlemania 25 is fast approaching and is the biggest day on the wrestling calendar. WWE always slams it's foot on the accelerator and delivers a fast, exciting and action packed show every year. This year we could get something extra special as it is the 25th anniversary of the grand-daddy of them all. But with the way the Royal Rumble turned out I am beginning to think that the card for this Wrestlemania could be nothing but satisfactory. If I were in charge this is what I would have done:

Then on the titantron a video package is played that ends with the message: "Gail Kim is coming.")

Match 5: Triple Threat

Match 6: Single

(After the match Stone Cold celebrates with some beers, he then throws Vince McMahon a beer. Just as Vince McMahon is drinking the beer Stone Cold hits him with the Stone Cold Stunner. Hulk Hogan rises to his feet and offers Stone Cold a handshake. Stone Cold grabs a microphone and begins to talk at Hulk Hogan. Then Vince Mcmahon gets up and slaps both Stone Cold and Hulk Hogan. Stone Cold hits Vince McMahon with another Stone Cold Stunner and Hulk Hogan hits the legdrop. After this both Stone Cold and Hulk Hogan celebrate in the ring with a beer. Stone Cold hits Hulk Hogan with a Stone Cold Stunner and then goes to the outside of the ring. From under the ring Stone Cold gets a small box and in the box is a spray can. There you have it my versions of the Royal Rumble, No Way Out and Wrestlemania 25. I'll let you know soon what I do next.

Stars and Celebrities

They walk round like they own the place and that normal people don't deserve to share the same air as them, they of course famous people. That might be an exaggeration as there are some famous people who considerably care about their fans.

Look at Tom Cruise who spends hours at film premieres walking the red carpet meeting and greeting his adoring public. Now does he do that because he generally cares about the people who attends his films or is it a mere publicity stunt to reinforce his image.

Now with famous people there is one thing that is perfectly clear, they are where they are because of the general public. Music stars live in their giant mansions because we buy their records and go and see them perform. Film stars get to don the red carpet in expensive clothes because we go and see their movies.

There is no body who is rich (I'm speaking of musicians, actors, sports stars etc) who hasn't earned their money through normal people delving into their wallets. Thats a fact!

The Oscars

Is anyone really bothered if Kate Winslet wins the Oscar? I know I'm not.

I know Brad Pitt will perhaps win the Oscar for best actor, now I haven't seen his film The Curious Case of Benjamin Button so I can't really comment but if Brad Pitt doesn't win I'd like Mickey Rourke to win. It would be the icing on the cake to the greatest comeback in Hollywood history.

The Oscars aren't really centred around the best performance or the best film it is all politics. I guess Charlie Chaplin had the best idea when he skipped the first ever Academy Awards and went straight to the bar which was their for the after-show party.

Now if i ever make to that level where I'm in Hollywood being nomiated for Oscars, I would would not at all accept them. I'd act normal and if I won, I'd stroll up and gave a speech that would slam Hollywood and the Academy Awards so much I would be thrown from the stage.
